I received an expresso maker from DnJ for x-mas. Oh my.... little did they know I would love it so much. I discovered cappuccinos in Italy; one of the very few things I liked about the country.
Oh my, they are lovely.
Since we drink only almond milk, I make mine with that and it goes down so smoothly!

Nothing but pure coffee and foamy milk. Who knows, maybe some day I shall brave an espresso!
